LoveKW

Love K-W is a movement of Christian churches in the Kitchener/Waterloo area
committed to being the hands and feet of Jesus.

Love K-W is a city–wide initiative for the month of May, 2010. Imagine Christian churches and organizations all across K-W working together to make a difference in their communities. For example:
  • cleaning up parks
  • thanking public servants
  • helping serve food at a shelter
  • doing random acts of kindness
  • showing appreciation to firefighters/police
  • baking cookies for teachers, etc.
  • bringing flowers to a hospice
  • holding a free car clinic for single moms
  • starting a community garden
  • hosting a BBQ in support of a local charity
  • providing a meal to a shelter
The possibilities are endless. You decide what you or your group would like to do. We encourage participants to send us pictures and a short story on what you do or have done, and how it impacts your group or neighbourhood.
